Description of the Methodological Guide

 The Guide involves an Evaluation and a Training methodology which contains the following:

• Content.  There is a pre-evaluation methodology of the training needs of the learners since such evaluation would allow for more effective and learner-directed teaching and learning. In addition, the content of the training methodology balances the entrepreneurship education with self-awareness and assertiveness skills which will escalate the effect and would lead to creating an entrepreneurial mindset among young people in risk. 

• Learning methods. Non-formal training methods are also present in the guide, such as stone composition, business constellations, career guidance and entrepreneurship.  

• Guide with variety and diversity of methods that will impact positively all aspects of learners’
